Chris Butcher, Certification Manager & Convenor of PPE notified body for VG5 for clothes and gloves. Chris has over 25 years' experience in testing and certification. He is a technical expert in garment performance and design and has extensive experience in the Certification of PPE, Marine Equipment and Construction Products. (Attending A+A - 17th - 20th)
Kevin Warren, Certification Manager. Kevin has over 30 years' experience in PPE Certification & Auditing,he is one of the most experienced and respected experts in the industry, his experience includes certification requirements for many other countires e.g. Australia and the United States. (Attending A+A 17th - 20th)
Neil Sorensen, Director. Neil Sorenson has worked for BTTG for over 50 years, he is one of the most well-known and respected figures in the heat and flame sector for PPE. Neil is Chair of the BSI committee responsible for both test and product standards for this category of PPE, and contributes to the development of new and revised European and International standards. (Attending A+A 17th - 19th)
Chris Dean, Laboratory Manager. Chris has over 20 years’ experience working in fire test laboratories. He is a technical expert in fire protection and flammability prevention specialising in the following areas: PPE for flame and heat protection, textile flammability, marine and aircraft fire prevention and flammability of textile floor coverings and construction products. (Attending A+A 17th – 18th)
Phil Hutchings, Head of Customer Services - Testing. Phil has 25 years textile testing experience, ten of them at BTTG. Phil is a textile chemist and has served on British and European standards committees. Phil has conducted the tests and applied the results. As Head of Customer Service at BTTG Phil’s role is to advise customers and solve their problems. (Attending A+A 17th - 18th)
Wendy Wang, Country Manager China. Wendy is our country manager for China, she is usually based in Shanghai. Wendy has a multi-disciplinary background including PPE (product certification of garments), quality management systems, textiles (testing and certification) and auditing of textile factories. (Attending A+A 17th - 20th)
