Wendy has been a valued member of BTTG® and Shirley® for 19 years, contributing her deep knowledge and expertise to the organization’s global operations. As a certified scheme auditor, Wendy specialises in ISO 9001, PPE, CPR, MED, and OEKO-TEX® certifications, including STeP, STANDARD 100, and ECO PASSPORT, ensuring clients consistently meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Haydn leads the global marketing strategy for Shirley® and sister company BTTG®, bringing four years of textile experience, primarily at brand level as the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN lead. Haydn’s industry experience at brand level gives her unique insight into how certification can be leveraged as a marketing advantage. She is passionate about helping clients see certification not just as compliance, but as a cornerstone of brand trust and success.
