Phil Hutchings, an Operational Head at BTTG™ has received a 'Distinguished Service' certificate from the British Standards Institution in appreciation of his valuable contributions to the development of British, European and International Standards.
BSI are the UK's National Standards Body for European and International organisations.
Phil now heads the customer service team at BTTG™ making his experience available t all customers. Phil said, "My job is to provide help and advice. I am a problem solver!"
